Mr Abdulrahman Issam Alzaid has been the CEO of Alzahid Group Holding since 2008 where he has overseen expansion of the Group’s interests into areas as diverse in agriculture, aviation and healthcare. Mr Alzahid is also Executive Board Member and CEO of Alzahid Capital Holding (UK), the overseas development subsidiary company. He also holds positions in several subsidiaries as Chairman and Vice Chairman. He also serves as Executive Board Members of Saudi Italian Business Council and Saudi Sweden Business Council.

Mr. Kumcu is the investment and business development director in Alzahid Capital Investments, overseas investment arm of Alzahid Group Holding. As a member of Investment Committee of Alzahid Group, he is responsible for developing greenfield investment opportunities and M&A operations in brownfield businesses. He had Bachelor's and Master Degree from Istanbul Technical University and had MBA program in U.S.A. (Finance), He also owns an investment company in Turkey operating in diversified industries.

Nabil possess over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, including 7 years in JPMorgan, at corporate and private banking, wealth management serving to HNWI, institutions and family offices. Nabil holds an MBA from Brentwood University California, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Uni. of Indianapolis and an International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (CISI). He is a licensed financial consultant by the Ministry of Commerce in KSA, a certified professional by CMA.

Howard executed the vision of Peritus through extensive relationships in capital markets. Previously he spent more than a decade with Acuris Group as Global Head of Research, taking a small financial media start-up to a multibillion dollar entity. At Acuris Group, he built and led a team of 40 analysts spread across four global offices in New York, London, Mumbai, and Hong Kong. He also took place in launching Fulcrum Financial Data in N. America, which was sold to the Fitch Group. He holds a CFA designation and Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.

Previously, at Lighthouse Finance, Ching was responsible for capital market origination and deal sourcing. Before, she was with the Acuris Group, a global financial media & analytics firm where she launched a middle market M&A origination platform. She was also an institutional lead for financial service companies including a Moody's owned Chinese data and analytics platform. Ching continues to cultivate and maintain network of institutional investors, commercial banks, private capital groups, hedge funds and family offices.

As head of legal department in HF Capital, Ed executed strategic operational initiatives in Peritus Capital, in addition to managing its legal, accounting, and compliance teams through the deal structuring process. Before forming Peritus, as a partner of Lighthouse Finance, Ed navigated a myriad of international laws and regulations to craft and implement the operational blue print for its core global off-balance sheet capex financing program, which provided complex tax advantageous structures to vertically integrated companies.

Dr. Philip Lavin has over 40 years of expertise in clinical trials, regulatory affairs and product development planning since 1974. Phil founded Boston Biostatistics (now part of ICON plc) in 1983 and Boston Biostatistics Research Foundation (BBRF) in 1988, whilst being a Biostatistics faculty member at the Harvard School of Public Health. BBRF is a 501(c)(3) research foundation focused on the design, analysis and reporting of clinical studies involving public health. He has authored or co-authored nearly 200 peer-reviewed publications.

TURNER, PhD

Advisor To Board - U.K.
(Cancer & Biosciences Research)

Dr Turner is an acknowledged world expert in cancer cell biology at the University of Cambridge, UK. She obtained her PhD in oncology from the world-renowned Paterson Institute for Cancer Research and the Christie Hospital in Manchester where she examined the potential toxic side effects of chemoprotective gene therapy in collaboration with AstraZeneca. Suzanne then worked at the AstraZeneca Central Toxicology Labs before moving to the Babraham Institute in Cambridge where she began to investigate mechanisms of lymphomagenesis.

PERRAULT

(Biomedical Research)

Cécile holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Florida, where she worked in the emerging field of microfluidic cellular devices. In addition, she was a postdoctoral fellow at McGill University, working on developing a high-precision microfluidic probe for immersed environments and was a senior researcher at the Institute for BioEngineering in Catalonia, an institution renowned for its innovation in cellular biomechanics. Cécile has also authored and co-authored over 40 peer reviewed papers.

As a co-investor in portfolio companies, HF Capital Partner's approach focuses on flexibility and risk management on behalf of our partners and as we trust in our projects, we are paid only when our partners get a notable return. Unlike VC and PE funds, we raise capital when the project is ready to invest avoiding dry-powder in accounts and we do not request any fees for asset management.

HF Capital presents investment opportunities at seed stage, Series A and Series B to investors which are selected among >50 projects annually. For each investment stage, a seperate SPV is incorporated for flexible investment staregies and preferences.

investors that will be activated in Mid-2022.
